After Vietnam; a group of veterans were sitting around in San Berdoo, California in 1981 and had an idea for a motorcycle club that included all wars, all branches, all MOS' and all ranks. It began as a napkin drawing in a bar.
The club colors were based on the official state colors of California and in that year; the license plates were - Gold & Blue.
The backpatch was based on a t-shirt design by David Mann (with permission) that displayed at Sturgis that year.
The original members moved to Nebraska for jobs on the railroad and the first state charter was placed in 1983 - the year of our birth.
It began with Jeff Heath, Ed Plato (Big Ed), Ken Moore (Moose), Larry Wiese (Luukey), Andy Dunn, Dan Denisse, Lee Barton, Clint Baker (Deceased) Dan Denise was the President from 1981-86.
The original founding members of North Platte, NEBR. were Clint Baker (deceased), Rick Cooper, Dan Danise, Andy Dunn (Deceased), Charlie Morland, Tom Parrish (Deceased), and John Ryan.
In 1986, Andy Dunn became the President and began his legendary time of leadership (1986-2012). From 2012 to 2019, Gordon was the National President and in 2019; the Devil became the National President
